At 1.10 a.m., diiily, the express -ill stop at Levin to pick up pabsengera but as no ticJiots are issued lor either of these trains at Levin, passengers must pay the guards. i'assengers oy tints early morning train going south will have to pay the full fare from Palmertson North to Wellington.
