Wellington, July 21. Indications are for northerly winds strong to gale and veering by west co south after about 24 to 3(J hours. The weather will probably prove very boisterous with heavy rain and rivers rising. Colder weather may bo expected. The barometer is falling but 'will rise last after about 36 hours. D. C. BATES.
