IMPOUNDING CATTLE, ETC
All trespassing cattle may be impounded by tho occupier of the land on which they are trespassing; bul in the case of unfenccd land, the occupier is not entitled to claim any damages except fees for driving, or lor giving notice of tho detention of •such cattle, as provided in tho Second Schedule.
li the land is fun cod, the occupier may claim the trespass rates provided ir. the Second Schedule, or ho may claim and sue for the amount of actual damage sustained.
