Members of the general committee of the Queen Carnival arc requested to attend a meeting in Miss MoKegg's glooms at 8 o'clock to-morrow night. A full attendance is requested ; the business to be discussed is in connection with the coronation ceremony, and other questions of importance. An advertisement re piano Mining inserted by Chas. Just recently in Quorn, South Australia, a crude artist amused himself one night by painting the whole of a German Church in Sixth Street red white and Blue, with a red cross in the centre. Qno of the responsible men in the church, who was colonial born as well as liis father, and whose grandfather came to South' Australia disgusted with German rule, has' announce! that they will not paint if,-hut stand true To the British colours.
