1 LEVIN STOCK SALE. •Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd. report having held their usual weekly Levin sale on "Wednesday. They offered a very heavy yarding of sheep and cattle to a large attendance of the public. Most of the sheep offered were two and four-tooth ewes in lamb, which met with very keon competition from tho start, and we practically sold all lines under the hammer at the close of the sale. Cattle met with a dragging sale. A line of 679 2 and 4-tooth ewes in lamb realised 235. Other sales were as under: Sheep.— 2-tooth ewes 19s to 21s; 4and o-year ewes in lamb 20s to 21s; failing-mouth ewes in lamb 235; fat ewes 25s 3d; fat wethers and ewes 27s to 27s 4d. Cattle.—Fat cows £8; -year steers £4 8s 6d; fat bullocks to £11 6s; springing cows to £5 ss; springing heifers to £4; yearling heifers to 355. For Trozoma, /{urns. Wound*.
