WEATHER FORECAST.
Wellington, July 3. The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, (but northerly moderate to strong prevailing and freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloiiffy' weather with increasing haze ana cloudiness. The night will prob'atily be 'very cold with frost inland.
