Mr Ti Ryan, Premier, considers that the arrangement is a strong guarantee of stability for the industry and a solution of the present difficulties. He anticipates that the existing refineries will refine <the raw material, and doea not think that any difficulty will arise on tfhiß phase of the question, but special legislation might become neces-' eary. It is estimated that the crop will be from 120,000 to 150,000 tons and on this estimate the purchasing price of ■the crop will be about £2,250,000.
