IMPORTANT TO TRAVELLERS. From Ist December an express train stops at Levm daily at 11.20 p.m. to take up passengers, but those who go orth by this train will have to pay the full faro f;om Wellington to whatever place not th of Levin that the oppress stops Hi. At 4.10 a.m. daily, the express 'ill stop at Levin to pick up paseengero but as no ticUets are issued for either of these- trails at Levm, passengers must pay ill.- guards.
