BULK HANDLING OF WHEAT.

The Premiers' Conference has recided that the States shall co-operate in the bulk handling of wheat. The Hon. Mr Ashford states that New South Wales is erecting fifty-one elevators at various ports, and two huge silos, one at a cost of nearly £2,000,000 to cope with the bulk handling ot wheat.
