Bull and Co. report:—The southern grain market has ibeen in a dull state' for the past few days, but yesterday, we understand, a move was made in oats owing to the Government buying for reinforcements. Prime oaten sheaf chaff is still very firm and stocks are reported to be very ncarce. We can now offer prime straw chaff, ex Marton. but there i.s a limited quantity available. Barley is now quoted in fair quantities and there are some good semplee of wheat coming forward. Manures have advanced in practically all lines, also cement. We quote:—"Wheat prime 8e 2d. barley 6s Bd, oats.
