At 4.10 a.m., daily, the express 'ill stop at Levin to pick up passengers but as no tickets are issued for either ol these trains at Levin, passengers must pay the guards. Passengers Dy this early morning train going south will have to pay the full fare from Palinertson North to Wellington.
