Hastings, This Day. «G. : MoKeisick, a law clerk, aged 19, succumbed last night to injuries sustained through his motor cycle colliding with a cart while negotiating Heretannga and Station-street intersection. McKcisick was thrown heavily and sustained a fractured bkull. ELECTION- PETITIONS IN TIMK. Wellington. This Day. The Full Court judges intimated that they were unanimously of the opinion that the elections petitions in re Taumarunui and Bay of lelande elections were both in time. The iCourt stated' that this intimation was I' ma3e in order that the parties might prepare their cases for the sittings ~,of. thp Election Court, and that reasons' would be given on Monday next.
