Being a pa. scrigor on Tuesday morning for the up train, which always leaves on tne :lep'irt>ire of the Wellington train, 1 waited on the station to board my train (which was on the outside line>. ivhrn. contrary to the usual arrangenentv, the up train left first. As this :s great inconvenience and may be a 3011: ce of danger to women travelling ivit'i children. I would ask you to bring this under the notice or the Railway Department.
