TJUBLIC NOTICE is liereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 16 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," the Horowhenua County Council, at a special meeting held on the 13th day of March, 1915, adopted a Special Order authorising the raising of a' loan of £600 for the purpose of road construction in the Potts's Road Special Rating District.
