PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby givc-i that in pursuance of the powei* vested in it in that behalf by Secbiin 16 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," the County Council, at a special meeting held on the 13th day of March, 1915, adopted a Special Order 'authorising the raising of a loan of £750 for the purpose of constructing a road in the Hautere Road Deviation Special Rating Dis-. trict. The cost of raising such loan to be paid out of the loan. A copy of the Special Order, which will be confirmed at a meeting of the Horowhenua County Council to be held on the 10th day of April. 1915, together with a description of the boundaries of the above-mentioned Special District, may be inspected at the County Office, Levin during office hours.
