Local residents lay ascertain which axe the trains which cater for their towns, and may then work out the time which the train will 41 take to travel from the station "m----mediately preceding. At 1.10 a.m., daily, the express 'ill stop ut Levin to piok up passengers but as no tickets are issued for either of these trains at Levin, passengers 4 must pay the guards. Passengers by this early morning train going south will have to pay the full fare from Palmertson North to Wellington.
