These officers shall nlso ' comprise the executive ot the Club. 3.- That the Club shall meet on a'--tornatc Wednesday nights. The first meeting to be held on March 18tth at 8 p.m. 4. That the meeting oommenoe with the- reading of the "Times's History of the War," till 8.50 when questions will bo answered and discussed. 5.--That at 9.10 p.m. the minutfls of the previous meeting be read and the general business be proceeded with, also a general news letter to the men at the front be arrangeH. 6.—That the membership subscription of the Club be Is per month payable in advance. 7.—That the names of proposed new members of the Club be handed in ho the secretary three clear days before meeting. , B.—That the books of the Club ehall* be subject to audit onoe a year by an iiiditor to be appointed. 9— These rules' shall not be silbjejt :o alteration except by a meeting call>d for that purpose, and of wliish neoting seven days' notice shulF h**e >een given in writing to the eeeretajy >f the dob.
