Smart, manager of the Moro whenuu Fruitgrowers' Assoc'fation, epoVts for the week ending yesterday:--Apples in fair demand at prices ranging from '2s to 3s 6d per half case and Gs to" 7s (kl the full case. About 30 cases were sold during the week. Pears are now coming forward freely and about 100 cases were sold at the prices ruling for apples. Twenty-five cases of peaches caino to hand and sold readily at -Is to on (id half case. There is a keen demand for peaches and the supply is short. The attention of fruitgrowers s directed to the fact that fruit packed in good, clean cases and wrapped n fruit-wrapping paper, sells best. Buyers at once give a higher price lor it and take it in preference to fruit that \t> not wrapped. A few enquiries are being made for potatoes and onions. QTHER~PKOI>UCE .
