Residents should acquaint themselves witb the trains which do stop at their parI ticular stations.

The Auckland express leaves Thorn don at 1.10 p.m., and reaches Palmer ston at 4.18 p.m.

The Second Auckland express leave.I'almerston at 3.1 a.m. and arrives at Wellington at 6.26 a.m. The second Auckland .Express le*ve.Wellington at 9.10 p.m. and arrviee at Palmers ton at 12.16 a.m. - previously mentioned, there *U'< several wayside st*atioiis< at which oni or more of the above trains will stop whenever passengers desire to be taken down or set up. From Ist December an express train stops at Levin daily at 11.20 p.m. to take up passengers, but those who g" orth by this train will have to pav the full fare from Wellington to whatever place north of Levin that the oxpress stops at. At 4.10 a.m., daily, the express dli stop at Levin to pick up passenger* but as no tickets are issued for eithei of these trains at Levm, passengers must pay the guards. Passengers b> this early morning train going south | will have to pay the full fare from Palmertson North to Wellington.
