The Flaxmillers Union were granted the use of the J.odge's ropes for their picnic. After passing accounts the lodge was closed in due form.

The medical inspector will pay a visit to the Shannon school on Monday, March Bth.

Some trouble has been caused Ik-it by the action of several boys who damaged the pavilion of tho recreation reserve, breaking the windows mid -cmoving a portion of the ridging of the roof. It is understood that the damage, done Mill be paid for, but it is to be hoped that tho boys will take warning, or else some more severe measure - will have to be taken.
