A young man named Henry .Ernest Phillips, aged 24, was drowned in tke Wtiarerotu Greek at Kahutftira on Sunday. The deceased and' a mate were bathing wlion the tormer suddenly sank. Several attempts were made to recover the body, but it was not.found till late in the evening Tho body was taken to Featherston. A CASE OF SUICIDE. Invercargill, This Day.
