THE SHOWGROUNDS.
Sir, —1 read in your issue of a few days ago Mr Mathesoui's suggestion that the A. and P. Association should hold its annual .show on the Park Domain opposite the side yards in Queenstreet. 1 aLso read a reply thereto signed by "A Member." Ab a matter of fact, the land committee set up oy the Association to select a ground were inclined to consider favourably the idea of approaching the Borough Council to r make arrangements, if possible, to hold the" Show on this same domain. However the chance of getting the old ground was too good to niisi for the 1915 show and nothing further was <7one in connection with the Levin park domain. I would, like to add in closing that of the many townspeople who have assisted tho Association this year, and to whom the Association -n duly gratoful, none has done more than Mr Mathcson.—l am, etc. NORMAN KftUvCALMIC.
