From an exhaustive analysis beiug made of the vital phenomena of Australia by Mr G. H. Knibbs, Commonwealth Statistician, it appears that is the birth-rate has been falling the frequency'of twins has been increasing and not only so, but in general the frequency of triplets. It has 1)6011 found also that for every 1000 triplets there are about 22 births of four.
