The Auckland express reaches Pal merston from the North at 11.28 a.m an darrives at Thorndon at 2. 50 p.m

The Auckland express leaves Thonfdon at 1.10 p.m., and reaches Palinerston at 4.18 p.m.

The Second Auckland express leavet Palineiston at 3.1 a.m. and arrives at Wellington at 6.26 a.m.

The second Auckland Express leaves Wellington at 9.10 p.m. and arrvies at Paliuerston at 12.16 a.m.

As previously mentioned, there w several wayside stations at which one or more of the above trains will stop whenever passengers desire to be taken down or set up. Local residents laj ascertain which are the trains which cater for their towns, and may then work out the time which the train will take to travel from the station 'm mediately preceding. IMPORTANT TO TRAVELLERS. From Ist December an express traiir stops at Levin daily at 11.20 p.m. t< take up passengers, but those who gi orth by this train will have to the full fare from Wellington to what ever place north of Levin that the jxpress stops at.

At 4.10 a.m., daily, the express /il stop at Levin to pick up passengers but as no tickets are issued for eithei of these trains at Levin, passenger must pay the guards. l'assengers t>\ this early morning train going south will have to pay the full fare from Palmeitson North to Wellington.
