Perth. Tliis Day. Tn the Assembly. Mr Connolly, the Liberal member (Perth") moved a motion reducing the Parliamentary allowance to the level of four years ago. and reducing the pay of the Speaker. President, Chairman and members by CIOO, and depriving Ministers of members' pay. Tlie Premier angrily opposed the motion declaring that he earned his salary.
