In connection with the appeal of the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association for funds to establish a base at Wellington, the Wcstland Racing Club last night .voted fifty guineas towards the object and with a view of enabling {Tie Medical Association to carry out the proposal to give increased accommodation and the equipment of a hospital for New Zealand soldiers.
