A meeting of 70 shareholders of the Tail)ape Freezing Worts was hold yesterday. It w«s reported l that 73*10 £5 shares had been subscribed. This is in excess of the number required and will enable tenders to be called at onco for tli-e erection of the works on a site of 82 acres purchased at Winiata. It was unanimously decided to call for tenders for the erection of the works which a.re expected to be in operation next season.
