Levin Stock Sales.

Ai- the Levin sales yesterday I hero was a good yarding of stock with the exception of "fats" which, were not too numerous. There was a good demand for sheep and cattle especially store cattle, and i< appears that this class of stock is going to remain at high rates. Lambs sold well at 115s 9d and forward wethers to \ 2d. Fat stock showed a slight advance on late rates ; fat ewes brought 18s 9d. .Fat cows sold up to £0 and .£7 ; good springing heifers (near to calving) to £Vl. There was a good yarding of pigs and for these there was a good demand at late rates nearly all being sold.
