Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report: -At Levin on Wednesday wo had a smalt entry of sheep, but cattle came forward in good numbers. There was not a very large attendance, due no doubt io the inclement weather, but lines were sought after and late prices well maintained. Prices realized wcuo as follows: -Fat ewes His, 17s, 17s 4d, 17s (id to I.Bs 4d ; forward ewes 13s 9d : woolly lambs 11s 2d; small lambs Us !Jd; shorn lambs (best) 9s 2d to Ids; others, 7s 3d. 7s 9d ; 2-tooth ewes, 15s ltd. STOCK SALES AT OTAKI. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Limited, report: We held our monthly sole at Otaki on Tuesday, when we yarded a heavy entry of cattle, bur only a small one of slice]). Several entries that we had advertised did not come forward. All lines met with keen competition, and practically everything was sold before the day was out at highly satsifactory prices.
