The borough solicitor (Mr 1. L. C .Morton) reported to Levin Borough Council hist night, he had perused the by-laws relating to the Coronation Baths and the Carnegie Free Public Library. II' 1 suggested pertain specified amendments in the library by-lawn, awl also advised that although the public baths by-laws were in order it would be well to what bearing upon them thrv Public Reserves Act might have, seeing that the baths were situated on a public reserve.
