KING'S THEATRE. All excellent programme of pictures will be.shown iii'tTie King's Theatre this afternoon and evening (Saturday). The full programme is advertised on page 1 of this issue. The "star" film is a 3400 ft production, entitled "The Heritage." It is a detective film produced by the same artists as "The Black Countess," and is coloured by Pathe.
"SKIPPER" FPANCIS
On Monday evening at the King's Theatre will be shown Mr "Walter W. ("Skipper'') Prune.is, the cripple athletic champion of the world, on his swim from Penarth to Newport, when he covered a distance of about 1G miles in four hours liO minutes—a wonderful performance for one physically handicapped. They are said to be remarkably steady and clear pictures, and not only show some of the most inteiesting photos, of the swim, but also depict the champion in training -cycling, running, wrestling and "Soccer"' football. The "Skipper ' himself lectures about the picture, and afterwards sings, in a baritone voice, "The Top of the Hill."
