jI'KU PRESS ASSOCIATION.] HOWDY MEETING. - Wellington, April 3. . Tlie Hon. F. M. 13. Fisher addressed a crowded meeting- at the Town Hall last night. The building was packed at an early hour, and uv 8 o'clock hundreds could not obtain admission. The Hon. . Mr Fisher attempted to speak, but eontmui-1 prevented him.('•nm making. jVuiself heard. At .10 o'clock people in the front seats heard a little of Mr Fisher's speech. He announced at 10.20 that he would speak at ala tor date. The meeting broke up in considerable uproar.
