Mr Bovis sang "Captain Ginger in his usual humorous style and secured an encore. Miss MafHe Bishop gave ''Christmas Bells'" as a monologue with gootl expression. Mrs Hall and Miss McDonald sang the duet "Excelsior." Mr H. Hook favoured the audience with a violin solo to the accompaniment of Mrs Butler. Miss Connie Middleton sang ''Please Give Me a Penny, Sir," very sweetly and was encored: Miss Molly Curran and Miss Ei-' leen Butler danced an Irish Jig •in pretty and appropriate costumes. A sextette "".Remember the Days of Old" was well sung by Mesdames Butler, "Retter, and Mulligan, Messrs Trainer, Hook and Perry. A humorous monologue, "His Single Hair," enabled Mr Tilling to display his versatilty to the accompaniment of Miss Laurvig. * Mrs Butler and Miss 0 .Laurvig gave a piano duet which showed their skill as pianists. Miss Middleton gave a humorous recitation "Aunt Tabitha," which won an encore and which she answered with "Little Boy Blue." Miss Mullig an sang with ioeliiig and good enunciation "The Sweetest Story Ever Told." Master Bertie Butler recited "Ireland. I Bid You the Top of the Morning." Mis Hall pleasingly sang "Comiiv Thro' the Bye," Miss McDonald accompanying. Mr .T. Curran danced an Irish jig in a style that showed he has not lost his art. He was loudly encored and had to give another contribution of his .skill as a dan-
