A Compulsory Circulation
(Sydney. Sun. Berlin, January 24. The. Litabskaia, a scurrilous and anti-Scmitie .journal published in Kovno, in Russia, lost practically all its circulation, and the controller appealed to the Governor of the province to make the people subscribe. An edict was issued, and the paper flourished once more. Two-thirds of the. burghers are Jews.
