GABIES AT LUVIX
Terrace End (Palmerston) failed to keep their engagement to meet Levin .Howling Club, on Levin green, in a match for the Toms Ferns. The mutch stands postponed to next "Wednesday afternoon. Levin bowlers in uttered well yesterday, and two full rink games were played in addition to a pairs match and a singles game. Mrs Morris provided a dainty afternoon tea, and assisted by the Misses Morris and other lady members of the club it was served in the club's marque.
