There is circulated through u portion of to-day's Chronicle an inset announcing the Dresden Piano Co.'a first big sale in 30 years. Having recently purchased the Wellington Piano i'o.'s entire stock of pianos, organs and music sundries. "The 'Dresden" is able to offer exceptionally attractive values at this great clearance sale. The list of pianos is very imposing, every instrument bearing the name of a well-known maker. Some of the bargains will interest the Levin Brass Band. xls an inducement 1o people in the provinces to visit "The Dresden*' sale the railway fare to and from Wellington will be refunded to purchasers of pianos or organs. A bargain in farm land—fifteen acres, with 7-roonied house, in Levin Borough, for £850—is on offer by Smart and Co., live land agents, Levin. All persons in search of a compact farm are recommended to see this property.
