' During a northerly gale at L-; Dunedin, yesterday morning, the W-r end of an old three-storey brick H building,' known as the "Bond," BLa collapsed, and fell on the offices of Love Bros., contractors, of Port Chalmers. The typiste, Miss Mary Millar, was pinned . under : the debris. When rescued she was found to be suffering severely ; ' from shock, and was badly bruised -. but escaped serious injury. Mr Love was pinned down in his : chair by a rafter, which fell across ft Ji is shoulders, and he was unable to move. He escaped with a few minor bruises.
