Smart in the club marquee.- All in all the gathering was a highly enjoyable one, and the President of the Palmeraton- North Club (Air Beck) voiced' a general opinion when, in returning thanks on behalf of the he said that the day hadbeen one of unalloyed pleasure.-' Mr (x. JN.. Stephenson (president' of Shannon Club) joined in the felicitations, and ' * offered a general invitation to Palmeraton North and Levin bowlers to come to Shannon at any convenient time." Mr F. G. lioe, president of ;L"evinClub, thanked the visitorslfor an enjoyable game and the two*presidents for their kindly references. , The honolnrs of the day were with Palihefeton North, who won in all f6ur,'rinks.
