Unions are extremely scarce. Auckland supplies may be expected in the ±New Year. Eggs are 111 brisk demand and a lurther advance is expected during the holidays, l'ork is in line demand at recent rates. Poultry is in good demand. Turkeys are scarce and enquired for. Chait is miner and not over-plentiful. Good business has been passing in oats. Wheal has taken a umueu rise, and reports of short area under cultivation will doubtless lorce up prices to a higher level yet. bollard has advanced and a similar rise is expected in bran.
