It is rumoured that His Excellency the Governor and Lady Liverpool will attend the Westland Jubilee, commencing here on January 7th. . The Minister of Mines will represent the Ministry. Several Parliamentarians, including the Chairman of Committes and all the West Coast members are also attending the Jubilee. The festivities will extend over the four days preceding the race and trotting meetings. For the farmer record entries have been received, including 28 nominations for the Jutiileo Cup.
