Frank Goldsmith, a farmer, and a single man, was drowned in the Waihou river, through the capsizing of a small boat, in which he was carrying pigs A CHILD DROWNED. Napier, This Day. A two and a half year old child named A. Burton was drowned at Taradale yesterday afternoon.
