A Remarkable Voyage.
' A remarkable voyage was concluded win.*]) the steamer Correct reached Immingham last month after opening a new Siberian trade route. The ship left Norway lieearly five .years ago, and proceeded' round the northern coast of Russia and Siberia, amid floating ice and unchartered islands, to the mouth of the Yensei river. The outward voyage occupied four years owing to the necessity of undertaking exploration at many points. Then, fifteen hundred tons of Siberian produce were taken aboard her, and the Correct made a (juick trip back to the North Sea by the route already charted. The staff included ])r Nansen, who left the ship at- the Yenesei River for the purpose of travelling to China in a motor boat. News of his movements has not yet reached Europe, but he is expected to make the Chinese coast before the end of. this year, afler a journey rivalling in adventurous interest his famous march towards the North Pole.
