KING'S THEATPE. There was a large audience to witness the programme of pictures in the King's Theatre last evening. Every picture was well applauded. The programme to be shown on Friday and Saturday evenings is advertised on page 1. The star film is "A Court Intrigue.'' The following is a synopsis of events. The film is : »500 feet in length.- "Baldwin, a prince of ltoyal blood, forms an attachment to Elena, the adopted daughter of n humble optician, courting her under the name of "Dr. Baldwin. The scene changes Prince Oswald 11. is dying and Baldwin, his heir, is told by him of the existence of Elena, a niece of the Countess Lentelsbach, and his dying command is to seek her and wed her. The Countess overhears him and determines to substitute for Elena her own daughter, Leonie. Elena is Icidnapped and imprisoned in an underground dungeon, but; manages to Hud a way out by a door leading out of the family vault,_ situated at the back of the altar in the Palace chapel, and to her meni she finds herself confronted by the wedding party. The shock proves too much for the scheming countess, who, having told the assembly of Elena's true identity, falls back dead. _
