Mr J . Phillips, . formerly of Levin, and lately travelling in this district as representative ' of the Vacuum Oil Company, has been promoted to the head office stall' of that company in Wellington.
A fish shop for Levin has been lacking during the last month or two, but the want will be supplied 6n and after to-morrow, Mr M. Holland is opening fish and supper rooms next to Mr K. Henderson's cycle depot, in Oxford street.
