Premier Fights Dual.

Vienna, August 20. Hungary's veteran Premier today added another duel to lii.s already long list of encounters. .Neither Count Tisza nor his adversary, the Marquis Pallavieini, was much hurl, and they shook hands before leaving, the fencing hall where the duel was fought. Count Tisza is one of the most renowned duellists in Europe, and is equally skilled with the revolver and the sword. He is a man of great personal courage, and is vigorous aud powerful, although no longer very young. This is the third duel this year, the others having bomi fought with Count Michael Karolyi and Count Aladar Szc<;h".nvi who cut him at society last winter, when Count Tisza was socially boycotted b\ his political opponents. The Premier was victorious in both instances. His opponent to-day, Marquis Pallavieini, is scarcely half Count Tisza's age. He is only slightly built, but lie has been an enthusiastic fencer since his early youth, and his skill atoned for any lack of strength. The duel to-day was fought with swords and each of the duellists was slightly wounded in the head. The cause of the duel was a charge made by the Marquis that Count ' Tisza had influenced witnesses in a political libel suit.
