The committees appointed for Hie purpose of revising the schedule jn connection with the ditto renf classes lor the llorowhenua A. and P. Association's Show met in the Druids' Ilall last Saturday. AH committers were well represented. ,\o great alteration was in any classes, but several additions were made, affecting purebred call le and .pigs more tlian ;m.V oilier. In the purebred cattle, Hie age was made to re'ad 12 months to 20 months, in place of 12 to •'!() months. Kxtra (lasses are made for purebred heifers', from 20 to ■'!() months. Several alterations are made in the pig classes, and some extra ones have been added. Provisions are to he made lor weighing entries in pork and bacon classes, and a separate judge will be appointed to judge pork and bacon. Some extra classes have been added to ihe sheep, and the amateur judging will be continued. After the committees had completed then work a geneial meeting of the executive committee was held. Apologies were received from several members of the committee, amongst tlim being one from Mr •iohn Kebbcll, the president of the association , who was una Die to attend on account of illness. .In his absence Air 11. J. .Richards was voted to the chair. The chairman of the various committees presented their reports on the proposed alterations and additions io Ihe schedule, and with slight alteration they were approved of by the executive committee. Air ]). Alickell, of To Horo, was proposed as a member of the association. and was duly elected. The secretary was instructed to write to various gentlemen asking I hem to act as .judges at the forthcoming show. A vote of thanks to the chair (dosed, a most successful meeting.
