We have no change to report in the potato market. \V e are receiving consignments of JJerwenis of excellent quality, wnick realise a quick sale. Seed potatoes are still going out iu fair quantities, and good quality lines are readily available. Local onions arriving are mostly inferior, and Japanese are now holding the market. Lead pigs continue very scarce. Eggs are selling freely. Wheat is firmer, and a further rise has occurred. Oals are stationary, except good lines of dressed Algerians for seed, which are scarce, and present values likely to advance. Emit.—Very few New Zealand apples are now coming in. A large supply of rhubarb is coming in from the Hutt, and realising fair rates. Vegetables. First quality cabbage and cauliflower realise high figures, but inferior are dull. Swedes are firmer, also parsnips and carrots. Potatoes, seed. —Up-to-Dates (choice line) £5; Northern Star £4; Gamekeeper £5; Early Hose £5 10s per ton. Potatoes.—Prime, £3 10s per" ton.
