We have no change to report in the potato market. \V e are receiving consignments of Derwents of excellent quality, which realise a quick sale. Seed potatoes are still going out in fair quantities, and good quality lines are readily j available. Local onions arriving are mostly inferior, and Japanese are now holding the market. Dead pigs continue very scarce. Eggs arc selling freely. Wheat is lirmer, and a further rise has occurred. Oats are stationary, except good lines of dressed Algerians for seed, which are scarce, and present values likely .to advance. Fruit.—Very few New Zealand apples arc now coming in. A large, supply of rhubarb is coming in from the Hutt, and realisinu fair rates. Vegetables. First quality cabbage'and cauliflower realise high figures, but inferior are dull.
