FOOTBALL.

(To the Editor). Sir, —i would like to ask through your columns how it is that teams in this district hardly ever know where they are to play. Here'again, on Saturday, we had Koputaroa patiently waiting at Levin for Tainui, while the southern team were no doubt waiting for them at Manakau. Anyhow, there is something wrong. We only had one football rna'Ech played in the union last Saturday, and at this rate we will have none at all next week, and 1 pity poor Horowhenua. —Yours, etc., BAKUACKER.
