The Legislature held that the charges practically were proven, despite Mrs Sulyer's statement that she was responsible for tlio entire speculations without her husband's knowledge.
INSANE DOCTOR. At Marielte, Dr. William Dabney, becoming gradually insane, attempted to perform vivisection Avhile a patient Avas undergoing an operation on the jaAV. Other doctors seeing Dalmey's action remonstrated Avith him, but Dabney refused to listen and proceeded to cut the man's face. The nurse ran shrieking for help, and other doctors overcame Dabney, avlio was removed to the asylum, Avliere he died just after, from nervous collapse.
